History
SEM Applications, Inc. is the maker of the Estate Management computer programs called "EMS" and "PA". The first system was written for the Holt County Missouri Public Administrator in 1997 and with each new customer, the system has grown to accommodate the new office's needs. The requests that our customers submit become our upgrades that are made available to all of our customers. In this way each of our customers can benefit from the ideas and experiences of other offices with complete anonymity. SEM Applications, Inc. now has more than 95 clients across multiple states.

SEM Applications, Inc. is owned and operated by qualified professional computer programmers / database administrators. We have been writing computer programs in the professional field for more than 10 years. We have developed personal relationships with our clients; this has enabled us to understand how your office operates and allows us to update our product to better assist you and others.
