  • Maintain detailed contact information for support people (doctors, attorneys, care facilities, etc.) associated with a ward.
  • This is also where you store name and address information for Banks, Insurance Companies and Funeral Homes.
  • An address book is available for all other contacts that you wish to store information for. This is especially helpful when writing checks because you can store name and address information for businesses, such as utility companies, that can be selected for the checks.
  • You only enter the contact name and address information once. It is then available to select from anywhere in the system.
  • You can print address labels for contacts stored in the address book.
  • You can easily see a list of wards that are assigned to each support on the right side of the screen. You can also run reports to show this information, but this is a great quick reference.
