- Accounts can be reconciled manually or by using a file downloaded from the bank.
- You can reconcile individual accounts, or reconcile the account as a whole for pooled accounts. When reconciling a Co-mingled account, the wards name is displayed by each transaction.
- The cleared date is stored showing which statement the transaction appeared on.
- The Statement, Outstanding and Actual balances appear at the top of the screen and the printed report. The Statement balance will match the bank statement, the Actual balance will match the balance on your reports for the court, and the Outstanding balance shows the difference between the two (Auditors really like this feature, especially when this report is printed and kept with the bank statements).
