  • Maintain detailed inventory information. If further detail is required, a file attachment can be created and associated with the inventory item. The file attachment can be created using a Word document format, or a spreadsheet format, depending on what is appropriate for that inventory item. There is no limit to the number of file attachments that can be created for each ward.
  • The system will automatically generate the financial data for the ward’s initial inventory. Simply click the Create Initial Inventory button and enter the date you would like the inventory to start on. The system will enter the burial plan value and the balances of all financial accounts as of that date.
  • Ending inventory is prepared by clicking the Create Settlement button at the top of the screen. This brings in the bank account balances as of the ending inventory date as well as carry over all other inventory items, including adjustments, to the ending inventory. Then all you have to do is go to the Reports screen to print the Annual Settlement.
