- Track your time and expenses associated with each ward. By clicking the “New” button at the top of the screen, you can enter your Time and Expense, as well as any notes associated with that item. This screen includes a Spell Check and a feature to convert your time, entered in hours and minutes, to a decimal.
- Items on this screen are protected once the annual financial documents have been filed with the court. Clicking the button at the top of the screen will allow you to change the record if you need to, but it will prevent you from changing any information unintentionally.
- All categories are completely customizable. You can also set default descriptions and default prices.
- Amounts can be entered as a flat dollar amount, or they can be entered using the quantity and price option.
